Why we exist

Investment goes where someone makes it easy to land

A foreign firm deciding where to open its U.S. office weighs more than tax rates. It needs someone who knows the port, the permits, the brokers and the people, and who will stay on the phone until the lease is signed. A region that wants that investment needs the same person working the other side: consulates, chambers, trade delegations and a pipeline that is tracked to commitments.

We built Emadi Ventures to be that person on both sides. Between them, our partners have founded three venture-backed companies, run a national lender with a $170 million portfolio, secured more than $45 million from venture investors and multilateral lenders, fielded defense systems for the U.S. Army, and negotiated cross-border mandates with foreign ministries. We bring an operator's discipline to work that is too often left to brochures.

How we work

From first introduction to a signed footprint

01

Identify

Find the firms, investors and partners with a real reason to move.

02

Introduce

Open doors with consulates, ministries, ports and the right local leaders.

03

Land

Run site visits, structure the deal and stay on it until it is signed.

04

Grow

Track every commitment and keep the relationship producing after launch.

What we do

Five ways we put the network to work

Foreign direct investment & market entry

We find foreign firms considering U.S. expansion, make the case for a region, and coordinate site visits with ports, economic development offices and commercial brokers through to a signed footprint.

Trade delegations & government relations

We plan and host inbound and outbound delegations and keep working relationships with consulates, international chambers of commerce, ministries and free-zone authorities.

Allied-market entry for U.S. technology

We structure partnerships, joint ventures and licensing for U.S. aerospace, defense and AI companies entering allied markets, with ITAR, EAR and FCPA compliance designed in from the start.

Venture & capital strategy

We advise founders, investors and boards on diligence, fundraising and partnerships, drawing on experience raising venture capital, negotiating with multilateral lenders and evaluating early-stage companies as an investment partner.

Fractional executive leadership

We step in as interim general manager or operating advisor when a company needs steady leadership through a turnaround, a market launch or a scale-up.

Sectors we know best
